Why We Use Eufora Organic Hair Color
Eufora, it’s the product line that we use here at West 13th Salon. Many people have tried the styling products along with the shampoos and conditioners, but have you tried Eufora Color? Yes, that’s right this amazing brand has a color line as well!
Eufora Color uses less than 1% ammonia in the permanent shades. There is a no ammonia option available as well. Why does the amount of ammonia matter you might ask? Well, the first thing would be that it will not smell as strong as other hair colors. The second would be that it is not necessary to have more that 1% ammonia in the color the greater amount will just cause more damage over time.
Eufora color prevents damage by using 3 Key Ingredients in their color. The first would be Aloe Vera which is rich in amino acids, a major component in hair protein. Aloe is also great for nourishment and healing, this great natural ingredient helps protect hair and scalp health. The second is Jojoba Oil. Pronounced ho-ho-ba. This ingredient isn’t just fun to say it contains Vitamin E and many fatty glycerides. These vital nutrients improve shine, softness, and moisture retention. Last but certainly not least would be Cera Alba or more commonly known beeswax. Cera Alba is a natural emollient and provides lubrication and hydration for velvety softness. It can also add volume, thickness, strength, and shine.
Something that is unique about this already unique color line would be the Micro Pigment Technology. This means that the color molecules used are the purest and smallest in the pigment world today. If you can imagine a vase, filling it with rocks will still leave gaps of air. Now imagine if instead of rocks you used sand, this would fill all of the air gaps much more effectively. That is what the Micro Pigment Technology does; it fills in the gaps for a 99.98% purity level in the colors. Allowing for rich, vibrant colors, reds are redder, browns are richer, and ashes are nice and silvery.
Yet another great option with the Eufora Color is the Color Elixir. For instance if your hair has been compromised from over processing and you are worried about damage, the Color Elixir helps to prevent further damage. It won’t necessarily repair previous damage, but it will prevent any new damage from occurring. This is not only for people with already compromised hair this can be used on healthy hair as a way to maintain your hairs health. The Elixir is also great if you like to change your color frequently or like to do the fun rainbows or silvers.
Eufora Color has also recently launched their Artisan Line. These direct dyes create bright reds, blues, greens, pinks, and many more. The Artisan Shades brilliant colors are all mixable and can be used to create many variances of colors. From pastels to brights to metallics. The Artisan colors last up to 12 shampoos, and when mixed with the Elixir can last even longer.
As you can see Eufora Color has many great things about it, but my favorite out of all of them is the stylists that are behind the colors. The Team at West 13th Salon has amazing creativity and can create almost any color you want, and if they don’t get it right the first time they will keep going until they get it just right. After all isn’t that the best thing about color, it’s changeable!
